Aleukemic Acute Myeloid Leukemia is a clonal disorder caused by malignant transformation of a bone marrow-derived, self-renewing stem cell or progenitor. This leads to a decreased rate of self-destruction and aberrant differentiation causing an accumulation in the organs and bone marrow by these myeloid cells.Acute Myeloid Leukemia is considered aleukemic when there is not an increased level of white blood cells found in the peripheral blood. The development of Acute Myeloid Leukemia has been associated with many predisposition syndromes that are caused by chromosomal imbalances, DNA repair defects, altered protein synthesis and altered cytokine receptors or signal transduction pathways.

Western Blot: Myosin heavy chain 11 Antibody [21370002] - Western Blot was performed using affinity purified SEQer MYH11 antibody, aa(1572-1671) antibody. The lanes contain 5-30ug of a whole cell extract.  Final concentration of antibodies = 0.1ug/ml (1:10,000 dilution). The blot was probed overnight with the SEQer MYH11 antibody, aa(1572-1671) antibody.  Blot was then washed according to protocol and probed with goat-anti-Rabbit-HRP conjugate at 1:5000 dilution, washed and developed using chemiluminescence (film exposure 5-30sec).
