OR1D4, also known as Olfactory receptor 1D4, is a 35.2 kDa, 311 amino acid protein that is utilized in the nasal cavity as an odorant receptor as a member of the olfactory receptor gene family. Diseases such as neuronitis are currently being studied with the protein. The protein is involved in sensory perception, signal transduction, and GPCR signaling pathways.
