How to Order Place orders online, by fax, by phone or by email.

You need the following:

  1. Purchase order number or credit card information (we accept MC and VISA) along with billing address
  2. Complete shipping address, with email and phone number and name of end-user
  3. Product description, catalog number (we can help with this), size and quantity required
  4. Any quotation/promotional code you may have

However you choose to place your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing lead times for product delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped for overnight delivery via courier and charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.  We normally ship Mondays through Thursdays. In-stock orders received by 4pm are shipped out same day.


We take great care in packaging products so they arrive in pristine condition.  Upon receipt, please inspect your package and store the products at the temperatures indicated on the accompanying data sheet.

We charge a flat $20 fee per order regardless of destination or size/composition of orders or multiple shipments. We can also ship collect on your account if you wish and we charge a small handling fee.

If the package appears damaged upon arrival, keep all packaging (for inspection by courier), and call us so that we can walk you through the process.  Rest assured we’ll sort out any issues in a timely manner.

Returns What if you make a mistake when ordering? 

Hopefully it doesn’t happen, but on occasion if it does, call or email us for a return authorization number within 5 days of receipt of product, to ensure proper credit to your account.  

We do charge a restocking fee of 10% (minimum restock fee is $25) and shipping charges cannot be refunded. If you are unsure or have questions before you order, we encourage you to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you in choosing the right products.
