Novus Biologicals has recently added two new antibodies to its catalog: MUL1 and NALP4. Both antibodies have sample sizes available for your test. MUL1 is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase and plays a role in the control of mitochondrial morphology. Overexpression of MUL1 was found to activate JNK and induces caspase-dependent apoptosis. NALP4 is a cytoplasmic regulatory protein involved in inflammatory response. NALP4 suppresses NFkB induction by TNF-alpha and IL-1beta. Like other NALP proteins, NALP4 may form inflammasomes and be involved in the activation of proinflammatory caspases and apoptosis. Here are featured applications of the two antibodies:
