Are there discounts available for bulk orders?

We will gladly provide customers with custom quotes for large quantity, bulk orders.  Please contact our Customer Service Team at bulk@novusbio.com for a custom quote.  Be sure to include the catalog number of the product of interest, as well as the quantity needed.

Can I get a copy of an invoice?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a copy of your invoice. Please contact us here with your order number, PO number and/or invoice number.

Can I get a discount?

Can I get a free sample to test?

We do not provide free samples.  However, we do carry sample sizes for many of our products.  Please also read about our Novus Guarantee which states that all Novus products are 100% guaranteed to work in the species and applications listed on the datasheet. What is the concentration?

The concentration for our products is listed on the online datasheet.  Simply search for the catalog number in which you are interested, and view on the “Datasheet” tab, under the "Applications" section.  The concentration is also listed on the printed datasheet you received with your product.  You may also contact our Technical Support Team at technical@novusbio.com or by calling 1-888-506-6887.

Which forms of payment does Novus accept?

Every Novus office accepts purchase orders.  Terms of payment are Net 30.  In addition, shipping charges may be placed on a FedEx shipping account.  Please read carefully for the credit cards in which each Novus office accepts.  Novus US accepts all major credit cards.  Novus Canada accepts Mastercard and VISA.  Novus Europe accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.  If you would like additional information, please read our Shipping Policy.
