Antibody Applications

Novus Biologicals’ antibodies are commonly used in the following applications:

Western blots (WB)

Immunoprecipitations (IP)

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Immunofluorescence (IF)

Always read the product datasheet for usage information and how to properly store the antibody. Refrain from allowing the antibody to experience multiple freeze-thaw cycles and store frozen aliquots of the antibody in a freezer that is not frost-free. Working aliquots of antibody can be stored in refrigerators while in use for short periods of time.
