Positive Controls and Cell Lysates, Phospho-Specific
Uses:
This lysate is prepared as a positive control for separation by SDS-PAGE and subsequent Western blot analysis. This lysate is prepared in denaturing buffer without dissociating agent (i.e. no 2-mercaptoethanol or dithiothreitol has been added).
Other applications have not been tested.
Positive Controls:
Jurkat is only applicable as a positive control for specific antibodies.

50mM Tris HCI with 2% SDS, 10% Glycerol, 0.005% Bromophenol blue [pH 6.8]
