ABRO antibodyRabbit Polyclonal anti-ABRO
ABRO, also known as KIAA0157, is a hypothetical protein predicted from the in silico analysis of long cDNAs isolated in the Kazusa cDNA sequencing project. The function of ABRO has not been characterized.Alternate Names: anti-ABRO antibody, anti-ABRO1 antibody, anti-ABRO-1 antibody, anti-abraxas brother 1 antibody, anti-FLJ22338 antibodyHost: RabbitImmunogen: The epitope recognized by this antibody maps to a region between residue 390 and 415 of human abraxas brother 1 using the numbering given in entry NP_115558.3 (GeneID 23172).Species Reactivity: Cross reacts with Human. |

Detection of Human ABRO by Western Blot of
Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for
20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified
rabbit anti-ABRO antibody NB100-60449 used for IP at 3 mcg/
lysate. ABRO was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-
ABRO antibody NB100-60448 which recognizes an upstream
epitope. Detection:
Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
