Human, Mouse, Rat. Mouse neuroblastoma x rat dorsal root ganglia, hybridoma, F-11 lysate. There is 100% identity/homology of the immunogen with the human WNK1 protein. There is 91/99% identity/homology of the immunogen with the mouse and rat proteins.

Applications:
Uses:By Western blot, this antibody recognizes the short form of WNK1, ~190 kDa. The theoretical molecular weight of human WNK1 is ~251 kD and rat WNK1 is ~230 kDa.
