This antibody reacts with the human and primate protein. The antibody reactivity varies between species. Other species have not yet been tested.

| Uses: | This antibody is useful for Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunoelectron microscopy. For Immunofluorescence fixation with 3% paraformaldehyde or methanol is recommended, and incubation for 60 minutes at room temperature in blocking buffer (0.1% gelatin in TBS/triton). For Western Blot it is recommended in 5% milk/TBS (+0.1% Tween-20) and incubation for 60 min at room temperature. |
