Working with Rat IgG, H/L Chains   Rat IgG, H/L Chains Antibody [DyLight 800] Images (2) Western Blot: Rat IgG, H/L Chains Antibody [DyLight 800] [NBP1-72993] - tubulin was detected using a Dye Light 680 conjugate. Anti-TNFa was detected using a Dye Light 800 conjugate.   Dot Blot: Rat IgG, H/L Chains Antibody [DyLight 800] [NBP1-72993] DyLight dyes can be used for two-color western blot detection with low background and high signal. Anti-tubulin was detected using a DyLight 680 conjugate. Anti-TNFa was detected using a DyLight 800 conjugate. The image was captured using the Infrared Imaging System.
