RRM2 antibody was used at 1:10 dilution for IHC-P analysis of tumour samples from 82 consecutive patients with stages I–III non-small cell lung cancer/NSCLC. The assay implicated 3um sections, automatic immunostainer, antigen-retrieval with citrate buffer (pH 6) at 90C for 30 minutes, 1 hour 37C incubation and post primary processing with Ultraview Universal DAB Detection Kit.

A specific band was detected for Albumin at approximately  64 kDa (as indicated) using 10 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human  Serum Albumin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1455). This experiment was  conducted under reducing conditions and using the 12-230 kDa  separation system.         Albumin was detected in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells differentiated to hepatocytes using Mouse Anti-Human Serum Albumin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1455) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
