Immunogen:A 23 amino acid synthetic peptide, which represented a portion of the human Replication Factor C 4, 37 kDa subunit encoded within exon 2 (locusLink ID 5984).
Species Reactivity:

Human. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse RFC p37 is unlikely owing to divergence of sequence from the peptide used for immunization.

Uses:NB 100-403 may be used for Western Blot and immunoprecipitation. *The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specific application.

Background:

Human replication factor C (RFC) is a hetero-pentameric protein. RFC p37 (RFC4) encodes subunit 4 of the RFC complex, which functions in DNA checkpoint control. It plays a role in mitotic cohesion and condensation.
