Our lab is interested in your NEK2 Antibody (H00004751-D01) to use in western blot and immunoprecipitation experiments. We were wondering if you had a test blot we could see? We have noticed several companies show nonspecific bands and we are trying to choose the best antibody. We are not interested in the mouse host antibodies, we currently have a mouse NEK2 and it does not work well in our immunoprecipitations and it is very weak for western blot.

The product H00004751-D01 is a product we distribute for a Taiwanese company called Abnova. We do not do any in house testing of their products, but I can give you the link to their website for their western blot and IP images. May I also recommend their other product, H00004751-D01P. This is the same antibody, but in purified form. I also was able find several other antibodies that we carry to the NEK2 antibody in a rabbit host, validated in WB. This particular protein has multiple isoforms and PTMs; you can see more information here on Uniprot P51955.
