WNK kinases play an important role in hypertension. WNK4 localizes to both tight junctions and to a segment of kidney involved in salt, potassium, and pH homeostasis, the distal nephron.

Reactivity:	This antibody can be used to detect mouse and human (very weakly) WNK4 protein.

Uses:	This antibody is useful for Western blot where a band is seen at ~135-155 kD. No other applications have been tested. *The investigator should determine the optimal dilution for a specific application.
