Background

NANOGP8 may act as a transcription regulator. When overexpressed, promotes cells to enter into S phase and proliferation. Expressed in tumor uterine cervix, breast and urinary bladder tissues, and also osteosarcoma, hepatoma, and breast adenocarcinoma cancer cell lines.

  1. The antibody against NANOGP8 is specific to NANOGP8, not recognize NANOG? As I know, there are only two amino acids different between NANOG and NANOGP8.
    • I have pulled up information on this immunogen and it does look like it has 100% identity with both NANOGP8 and NANOG.
