Sample Tested: Mouse Aorta, Liver, Brain, Lung

Sample Preparation: 4% PFA (30min)
Sample Pretreatment: 5mL 4% PFA perfusion

Results: Very clean staining using a SA-488 or TSA-488 secondary
Blocking Buffer: 10% Goat Serum in PBS+FSG
Blocking Time: 1 hr (30min + SA, 30min + biotin)
Blocking Temperature: RT Fahrenheit
