| Uses: | ELISA (1:500 - 1:2000). Western blot (under reducing conditions against Actinin (5ug/lane), a major band was observed at 100 kD. Smaller bands where also visible, but this is likely to be due to the impurities present). Immunofluorescence (it has been reported that this antibody is suitable for use in Immunofluorescence although this has not been determined in-house). IF and WB are minimum dilutions. |
