| Application Notes | This antibody is suitable for use in ELISA, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation and western blotting. Expect a band at ~27 kDa in size corresponding - p27 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Anti-p27 is suitable for the detection by immunoblot of human p27. No reactivity is observed with p27 from mouse. This antibody is suitable for immmunoprecipitation of in vitro translated protein and cell lysates and will co-precipitate associated proteins. |
