Background:
The gene product is an immunoglobulin-type protein. It is found to be expressed strongly in endothelial cells, cytotrophoblasts, and poorly differentiated colon adenocarcinoma cells found in lymphatics. The protein contains a heparin-binding domain and mediates heparin-sensitive cell adhesion. [provided by RefSeq]
| Reactivity: | Human. |

| Uses: | The concentration for this product is lot dependent. Check product vial for current lot concentration. Typically concentration ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 mg/ml. This antibody is useful for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry. This product has been QC tested by ELISA using a recombinant protein. Why use an untested antibody? SDIX’s GAT technology means these antibodies were produced through in vivo expression of the antigen, meaning the antibodies are highly specific to the expressed protein. Applications such as IHC and WB are more likely to be successful with GAT antibodies, than with any other production process. |

Exploring AAMP
Working with AAMP

![Immunohistochemistry: AAMP Antibody [24430002] - Normal and malignant tissues generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity often combined with nuclear staining. Respiratory epithelial cells and lung demonstrated strong membranous staining. Blood vessels, sinusoids in the spleen and smooth muscle cells were distinctly stained. Several of the testicular cancers displayed strong staining. Image and statement courtesy of the Human Protein Atlas (HPA).
